On Monday, April 23, 2007, at 11 o'clock, Forum of Tuzla held the press conference in the Oval Hall of the Assembly of the City of Sarajevo.

The President of FTC, Mr Vehid Sehic, informed the journalists about the aims and the purpose of the project, which will be implemented at the whole territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the future period. The essence is, as Mr Sehic said, to return the initiative to the citizens in the process of making and passing of the laws in BiH, He pointed out that this state law should provide basic and equal principles of the local government for the whole territory of BiH, as the European Charter on Local Government instructs. This should remove noted discrimination in the implementation of the citizens' rights, not only in relation to entities, but also in the Federal part of BiH and cantonal legislation on local government.

The journalists were interested in who is financing this project, as well the value of the project.
